The purpose with the project “Ikaros Rep” by Swedish Indie Label Ikaros is to broaden the scope and associations linked the to “who can and will be the creator of music today and tomorrow”. The aim is to encourage other people than those identifying themselves as men to take ownership of the music-production’s value chain. With an album and a documentary this attempt is placed in both a musical as well as visual context - with the hope that this could be a step in stone towards a more enriched music-scene.
