Esoteric connections ahoy!
I got to this bit on my berzerker run, and boy did those two logbooks make me feel like crap. A named list of every single enemy you killed, along with age, birthplace, and how they met their end (for the most part)
Which put me in mind of another game I played years ago - Cannon Fodder. A strategy game in which you control mostly nondescript conscripts in small maps to attain objectives, such as "kill the mans" or "kill the buildings". Their only defining features were their names and rank; they were otherwise interchangeable cannon fodder whose final impact on the world are their fancy gravestones. Every mission you clear would show the soldiers who survived, and listed the names of everyone you lost, as a certain music track played - the worse you did, the longer that list got.

Difficultys rampin up now, as is the altitude, climbing into the clouds to clear those courses. This week was the last three regular worlds of the game; next week will be the extra stages! Idve had emojis for the timecodes but those dont appear on the video thing, so you get just regular word-speak things.
