The Resource Alliance hosted it's first International Fundraising Congress in Thailand June 2017. #IFCAsia was held in Bangkok Thailand.

The final evening of the conference featured the Social Impact Awards dinner. The winner of the "IFC Asia Fundraisers Award" was "Mr Swamy" Gopala Krishnan Krishna Swamy, CEO of the Purkal Youth Development Society in India. He started his school with 5 students and now serves more than 500.
