If Arizona has no items that Fred can comment on*, including no Longma Balls, this is the conversation that ensues. Dubbed by me.

*The items that Fred can comment on are, in order:
1. Cactus Hat (found by completing the hidden super jump/short hop challenge)
2. Bread Loaf (found in front of Madison's wagon at night)
3. Ten-Gallon Topper (found by defeating the left-side wolves in a large chamber in the salt cave)
4. Minizona (found in a gift box on the left desk near the entrance of the museum, inside)
5. Tinfoil cap (sold by Cashmere to Arizona for 100 salt, which you get by mining every salt node in the salt cave)
6. Heroic Headband (given to Arizona by Stronghoof if she has met the requirements for defeating predators)
7. The Emperor's New Crown (found in a purple chest outside the Temple of the Ancestors, on the east side)
8. Tutanubus Mask (found in a gold chest after defeating predators that come out of a portal in the Temple of the Ancestors)
9. Longma Ball I or II (found in a rockslide-hidden room in the salt cave, and in the Semitransept of Transit of the Temple of the Ancestors)

This is not the order these items are encountered in. If reordered that way, the numbers would be 2, 1, (9,) 3, 5, 6, 4, 7, 8, and 9.
In theory, this means that a player could obtain any or all of the following items, and this sequence with Fred's comments would play out exactly the same:

1. Larry (a lizard you can find by taking a secret path in the beginning)
2. Dusty Duster (found by defeating the right-side wolves in a large chamber in the salt cave; goes well with the Ten-Gallon Topper)
3. Macho Mustacho (found in a chest at the end of the caves right before the Cuddles (snake) boss)
4. Centurion Galea (found in a gold chest after defeating predators that come out of a portal in the Haunted Undercity (in Reine).
5. Winter Sprite (a plush you're given by the Elite 7 Fangirl outside the Elite 7 HQ if you listen to everything she has to say)
6. MiniVelvet (found if you defeat the Huggles (bear) in the hidden passage way behind the museum's library)
7. Sin'erMan (found if you stomp the ground near a particular painting in the museum enough times)
8. Re-Gifted Wool Hat (given to Arizona by Adobo if you clear out the Alpake camp's cellar of predators)
9. Red Dead Delicious (found in a chest while wandering the Foggy Mountaintops)
10. Hobo Bindle (also found in a chest in the Foggy Mountaintops)
11. Ancient Wrappings (found in a chest on a small ledge in the Temple of the Ancestors)
12. Fez (found in a room of the Temple of the Ancestors with a pushing-block puzzle)
13. Dark Cloak (found in a blue chest after defeating a snake to access a secret area in the Temple)
14. Head Bandages (found after defeating a wolf with yellow eyes and two tiny wolves with red eyes in the Temple; goes well with the Ancient Wrappings)
15. Red Hood (found after pushing both large blocks into place to unlock a path forward, in the Temple)

That's 15 items that apparently are of zero interest to Fred, if you have them. Interesting trivia!
