During the long days of summer, campus is full of new students at their orientations. If you look closely though, you might notice recent graduates too! One group's stepping into the inverted fountain at the beginning of their UCLA journey and the other is stepping out on the other side.

Starting in the summer of 2006, the former BruinNews29 television news show became Daily Bruin Video, now produced by the award-winning videojournalism department of the Daily Bruin newspaper. We cover all areas of UCLA life from news to entertainment to sports. We are visual storytellers dedicated to sharing the compelling stories of our campus.
The newspaper's primary mission is to fulfill the public's right to know about activities or events of community interest. As a student-managed and edited newspaper, the Bruin promotes student involvement and responsibility by providing practical journalism experience and opportunities for students to develop and improve their journalism and business skills and prepare for media and other careers.
