I’d buy gold and silver royalty companies.

Think Wheaton Precious Metals or Franco-Nevada.

Here’s why:
I have conviction in the gold thesis for the next 5–7 years —
but I also have kids, and I need income.

Royalty companies are incredibly well-managed, consistently producing impressive quarters, and — most importantly — they pay dividends.

That means my capital is working twice:
💰 exposure to precious metals upside, and
📈 steady yield along the way.

They’re efficient, disciplined stewards of capital, and in my view, the best way to play the metals bull market without taking on mining risk.
