It was going to happen eventually! A follow up to my arrangement of The Reverberation Ensemble Asiyah remix from a while ago! I wanted to focus on the Argalia version this time and most importantly incorporate the things I've learnt since doing the first arrangement.
I originally wanted to take the 'If Library of Ruina Was A JRPG' approach, but as I started making it I forget it altogether and just started putting my all into a powerful and epic arrangement of the original. I pretty much channelled my feelings that I felt when I played the Argalia battle... man that was rough.
In terms of the instruments and everything, I wanted it to be more aggressive than the original but also almost make it feel slightly heroic in a way to really represent the clash between Argalia and Roland. And yes, I was legitimately singing during the slower section. I loved doing that bit!
