Sounds unbearable, right? Yet for billions of animals, this is life, not for a day, not for a week, but from birth till death.
We rarely think about it because it’s hidden from us. But switching places, even for a moment, reveals just how unfair and unnecessary it really is.
Every choice we make has weight. And sometimes, choosing differently is the most powerful act of compassion we can offer.
