Letter by letter, Schenectady's iconic G.E. sign is coming back up.
It was originally taken down for a major refurbishment project ahead of the sign's 100th anniversary.
GE Vernova says they are modernizing the sign's internal systems, but this will not change the sign's classic appearance.
