In this video I show you how to use two Photo libraries to free up space on your icloud drive and keep your photos organized and not have to upgrade to more icloudn storage. Using the system photos library that syncs with icloud and the another as the main photos library that is not syncing with icloud where you will store all your photos. It's easy and with a few stetps you can clean up storage on all your icloud enabled devices. Always have multiple backups of your main photos library!
