Ice wind blows pulls the sunlight from my tired eyes
Frozen snows sharp and desperate wail their icy cries

White clouds roll salt the valleys with their drifting load
Bright shroud grows swallows hungrily my journey’s road

Who am I? Coward’s fingers frosted by the day
Wind blows dry, drains my strength and strips my pride away

Stable walls tell me stories I learn timidly
Shackle falls, knees drained earthbound by the mercury
