(hi i'm back at it again with the long descriptions because i ramble a lot when writing these things)

I joined an IC for fun over the weekend and actually finished early! I've only joined one before but thought it was super fun. Last time I took a long time with scene selection and getting across a dramatic story which was still super enjoyable, but this time I just wanted to do something simple and silly!
I'm a huge fan of silly nonsense and have been wanting to edit something with this song for a while, it's one of my favorites, so this was the perfect chance! I also love OHSHC a lot, though I rarely use it in editing (I think I may have used it for a MEP part or two? but that's it) so it was great using it and re-watching episodes to find some scenes.

I'm horrible with story lines, but this was supposed to kind of be a roller coaster showcasing how ridiculous the Host Club is, but also the positive impact it had on all of the members (and the positive impact Tamaki had on all of them), as well as how the characters became such a tight-knit group of friends as a result of it. Also, Haruhi going through all the nonsense after being shoved into it and caring for everyone (especially Tamaki).

Anyhow, I know it's not very great. I'm certainly not planning on placing well. I did have a ton of fun editing it though and that's what truly matters to me. Even if I place last, it really won't bother me. I love this outcome, and I'm glad I joined the IC ^^ Once placements are given out I'll update this description with what I ended up getting!

(My favorite character is Kaoru and the first draft of this had a little too much of him lol, now I think it has too little but that’s okay! Now I have an excuse to make another Ouran video haha!)

7/16 EDIT: I placed 16th out of 25! I'm really happy with that! :D There were so many amazing AMVs to watch, seriously people worked so hard and it was wonderful to watch all the entries!
