So this isn't perfect but better then nothing I may have ran into some issues but everything works just fine. I did spoof the bluescsi it thinks its a ibm drive and I noticed I forgot that process in the video only after the fact. I will provide the bluescsi.ini I used then down below it goes on the SD card.

Commands And BlueSCSI .ini Used In The Video For Copying
1.Use the command "lsblk" to find the sd card in terminal
2. Use either of these commands to format the SD card be sure to use the right drive from the previous command replace sdX1
For a exfat sd card
sudo mkfs.exfat -L "BLUESCSI" /dev/sdX1
For a fat32 sd card
sudo mkfs.fat -F 32 -n "BLUESCSI" /dev/sdX1
3. Make the drive image and make sure its on the sd card.
dd if=/dev/zero of=HD6_NEW.img bs=512 count=800000
4. Copy the bluescsi.ini to the sd card
[SCSI]
Vendor=IBM-ESDI
Product=0661
Revision=0001
InquiryStandardVersion=2
SelectionDelay=255
EnableInt13=1
I will have the ini here soon sorry. I need to pull apart my IBM soon to put in the 3D print and sd card extension cable so I will have the ini in this section updated ASAP so that it matches the one I used in the video.The one above is a generic one it should still work in the mean time.

HARDWARE NEEDED!!!
BlueSCSI V2 Although external ones may work I didn't know about them prior but all I needed was a drop in drive replacement and needed to get the bad drive out if your drive is good maybe get a external BlueSCSI instead.
Sd Card Preferably 32Gb or below but up to 128GB will work but remember the .img file needs to be under 1GB

LAST THING IMPORTANT YOUR "BIOS"
Its stored on the system if the cmos battery dies what ever settings you set will be undone. Make sure your cmos battery is ok if your running into issues its a easy thing to miss. When I used real spinning metal cleaning this system one day my battery died so I know from experience so I suggest maybe swapping that too while you have it opened if you don't know.
