Iberostar Waves Paraíso del Mar is a 4 star, all-inclusive beachfront resort located along the scenic Riviera Maya in Mexico.
Part of a larger expansive resort complex, it features lush tropical gardens, direct access to beaches, and a large lake-style pool area.
Guests can enjoy multiple international restaurants, a relaxing spa, an 18-hole golf course, and a dedicated Star Camp activity program for children.
There is a shopping mall with restaurants, coffee shops and clothing stores.
The resort offers two main international buffets (such as La Plaza and El Mercado) along with specialized à la carte dinner venues.
This resort shares some facilities and amenities with its sister hotel, Iberostar Waves Paraíso Beach. Walking through the shared resort walkways allows you to spot unique resident wildlife like flamingos, coatis, and peacocks.
There are 11 buildings all with elevators, 388 Rooms, 1 main massive pool shared with Iberostar Beach, 11 dining options and 8 bars.
Susan's comments: this is a solid 4 star resort. Its clean, very tropical, with fabulous pool. No highend alcohol though and room service ends at 11pm. Great for families and Destination Weddings.
