I really wish I didn’t have to make this video, but I’m finally breaking my silence on this.
We’ve been hit with a lawsuit over the Epstein Island project.
After speaking with attorneys, we believe we have a strong defense and we’re prepared to fight this. But even with a strong defense, the legal process can become extremely expensive very quickly. Legal fees, filings, travel, and the overall process can add up fast, especially if the case continues.
We made this project because we believed there were still important questions the public deserved to see explored, and because we wanted to bring attention to the larger fight for transparency around the Epstein files. Now we have to defend ourselves over it.
