A follow up to the "Killer clown run over" video I posted recently. I had no idea it would blow up to the proportion that it did. If it's still not clear, the video was a prank I set up on everyone in the back seat of the car. Blake and I were in on it and we told them we were "going to take pictures of the stars". I stated this from the beginning, and it was in the description of the original video, but it blew up so much that most people seem to not realize this. It started getting stolen by tons of random facebook pages, twitter accounts, and youtube channels that would show it of as a "real clown sighting", and get more views than mine did (one guy who claimed this was him got over 100 million views on facebook). I didn't go out of my way to make sure everyone knew it was a prank at first since stolen versions of this were getting more shares when people thought this was real. But anyone who actually read the description or asked me would realize it was a prank video.
Several news organizations and youtubers (not going to say names) that interviewed me and found out it wasn't real, still continued to show it off as a legitimate clown sighting. This really goes to show that these people will intentionally lie to their audience and only care about money. None of that was my intent when I made this, I just thought it would be a fun video to make.
Make sure you stick around because I have a parody video of clown sightings coming out soon.
