In the summer of 1992, I saw Sugar play one of their earliest shows in a tiny club in Morgantown, West Virginia. Last weekend, at 54, I saw Bob Mould, David Barbe and Malcolm Travis together again at First Avenue in Minneapolis.
A lot changes in 34 years. Some things don’t.
