1 year on from D Mills' finest hour, we are back at the Seaford 10K on another rather warm/potentially hot morning on the South Coast.

Last year I produced one of the finest blowups since the atomic bomb was invented... Can I pace things better this year to defeat my brother & come away with a race to be proud of?
