I went all the way back to old school thrift flips, "make do and mend" (or, mend and make do, which was the actual slogan 😅). It was so fun to dive into The Pictorial Guide to Modern Home Needlecraft and look at the vintage advice for thrift flipping a men's shirt into a woman's shirt - even if there wasn't much in the way of actual instructions!
