Found these salmon skin snacks in an Asian supermarket and couldn't resist giving them a go.

I'll be honest, they didn't look particularly appealing. But once I tried them, they reminded me a lot of pork scratchings. Crispy, savoury and much nicer than I expected.

One of those foods that looks stranger than it tastes, oh, the dog liked it too!
