Lately, I’ve been reading more books at the same time than ever before — sometimes as many as eight at once. Between buddy reads, themed months, BookTube projects, and personal reading goals, it started to feel less like reading for pleasure and more like juggling.
In this video, I talk honestly about what happened when I tried reading eight books at a time: what worked, what didn’t, and why I’m starting to rethink whether reading multiple books simultaneously is actually helping or hurting my reading life.
This isn’t a rulebook — it’s a conversation.
How many books do you usually read at one time?
Do you rotate daily, read in blocks, or stick to one book from start to finish?
I’d love to hear how you manage your reading.
