hi friends!
i’ve been *trying* to work on myself for the past month and mainly wanted to focus on: sleep, skincare, hydration, diet, and fitness. doing this challenge was a way for me to jumpstart my motivation to get the rest of my life together and it actually worked :’)
i’m definitely an all or nothing type of person, so i was trying to go all for it this month. that said, i tried not to focus too much on physical appearance but general health. there were A LOT of ups and downs, but it made me feel better checking off that i did my workout (even & especially when nothing else was completed).
i hope this encourages you to prioritize your health – be it physical or mental. ♡
