All of these workouts were great in there own ways. Fitness Blender was one of the most challenging, but also some times a little dull. Pop Sugar was insanely fun, barely felt like working out! Alexis Ren has some great 10 minute everyday guides to work up to. Madfit workouts are creative and easy to follow along to.
