It's been quite a long while since I actually raced anyone on my channel so it is quite nice to be back to doing a collab with a fellow Harry Potter Speedrun Streamer! And on top of that we are playing Bingo which is honestly just one of my absolute favorite modes to play and race with people. Just so everyone understands the rules, there is a board of 25 different goals you can fullfill inside Harry Potter 2 (PC) and both runners see the same goals in front of them. Whoever manages to complete a goal first can claim it for themselves and the other person can not get it anymore, first to claim 13 (more than half) of the goals wins the match!
It was a super fun time to be playing with Sherv I have to say and I really enjoyed being in a call with him during this a lot. Very fun and pleasant guy to race and man he is fast as well on top of things having a great deal of understanding in how to route things and also how to efficiently take care of certain goals the quickest. So I definitely had my work cut out for myself racing him like this, the 2 rounds we did promised to be some good and close entertainment!
The training Arc for the Harry Potter 2 (PC) Bingo Tournament continued with me sparring up for a practice match with another runner who should have some great chances to get far into the tournament: Samoht! Considering that he will also be one of my opponents in the groupstage this will be a pretty great practice match to get a bit familiar with each others playstyle and to prepare for the match that matters ahead!
And I think it's fairly safe to say that we are pretty evenly matched when it comes to Bingo and that those matches are really anyones game and couldn't really be any closer most of the time which is also why I was looking forward a ton to this session of Bingo Practice! And I do think that we pretty much delivered in terms of exciting matches to watch and we also topped it off with some good friendly banter during them. Always a blast to hang out with Samoht during races and matches like this so I would love to redo this again in the future!
