I'm sharing with you the results of a 30-day clinical trial that I did with ashwagandha. This is not a sponsored video but simply something I decided to try for 30 days. I ensured the ashwagandha was from a high-quality brand and contained 100% root extract. I got a bottle from Amazon, again, specifically KSM-66. KSM-66 is branded as a full-spectrum product and has undergone 48 double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials (reporting is backed up by science).I mainly wanted to try it because of stress and anxiety. Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that helps your body handle stress and reduce cortisol levels. Other benefits include improved sleep, reduced cortisol levels, increased libido, and elevated testosterone levels. It has also been reported to enhance muscle mass, immune function, and other benefits. Here's what I did for myself.
