Big thanks to Självförsvarsskkolan for coming to Gotland and putting this thing together. I learned a lot and felt so empowered in a lot of ways.
A lot of it was mindset motivated, to not just be aware of surroundings, but to be in ownership of an unleashed rage that puts the power into your hands. Attackers want easy situations. They want people who will freeze and be indecisive, not people who know how to stand their own ground and can think logically and that will unleash hell against them.
I talk a bit about acting and practicing feelings and going into that gutteral space and a bit about how I'm feeling about myself and moving forward with my business too. And if you stick around to the end you can hear some amazing Swedish.
