I think I’m a witch.
Before you panic, hear me out.
Since becoming a mom, I wake up one minute before my daughter does. I hear phantom cries. I know when she’s getting sick before the thermometer confirms it. I can feel a meltdown brewing before it technically exists.
Is that anxiety? Hyper-vigilance? Postpartum brain changes?
Or is it magic?
You can call it neuroscience.
I might call it magic.
