Summer in Europe gets hot at times, and most rented apartments cannot install a split unit system. Bouge RV asked me to test their 3500 BTU portable AC, so I tested it for two weeks. In this video I share my honest experience, the one flaw I found, and a simple free mod that makes it noticeably more efficient.
I cover how it works and the phone app, why a single hose makes any portable AC less efficient, and how I turned it into a two hose unit with a cardboard box for a 10 to 30 percent improvement.
