During Covid I was writing a lot of music.

One of those songs took five years to finish.

Not for a club. Not for radio. For myself.

The right voice found us.

Her name is Madalina Cretu. She's from Romania. We've never met in person. Everything happened through email and audio files sent across the Atlantic.

From the first listen I knew she was the right one.

This is the first time anyone outside our production circle has heard her voice on this track.

It's called I Surrender.
