#NewMusicFriday: We have a duet by Cassie and Charlotte this week. Such a beautiful performance – I got a bit emotional whilst listening to this. Set in the 1970s, the musical Miss Saigon tells a love story between a Vietnamese bargirl and an American soldier at the height of the Cold War. This song is sung by the protagonist’s Vietnam and American partner. When I was editing the video, I was thinking about the world today with growing tension between countries, the polarisation of ideologies. Are we going to end up in another Cold War? Enjoy this poignant performance of ‘I Still Believe’.
