I Spent 7 Days in BeReal which is an app that is the "Anti-Instagram" because the app gives you 2 minutes to take a photo of whatever your doing with no filters, followers or features. The BeReal app shows the real side of you, but for me to fully understand it I spend seven days or one week using it to uncover the truth behind this new social media app.

If you're tired of constantly being distracted by social media, BeReal is the app for you. In this 7-day experiment, I spent all my time on social media in BeReal, and it was by far the most interesting experience I've had in a long time.
