Alpha males have some extreme rules about masculinty and after getting a comment from one saying that I had "ZERP masculine traits” I decided that I would have to become more alpha. I did everything from cold showers to morning routines to pick up lines, all to see if that comment had some truth, or becoming an alpha male ruins my life.
