In this video...talking about The Sultan! DId you know the shape of this extinct volcano (Mt. Elgon) is in the shape of a spartan shield? The very same shape that my designer looked to for our own blk city coffee logo. Also a bunch of bush elephants live at the base of this mountain. heh.

Its important that I get the middle to land in this range and finish it around 385-387F or else I lose the lime.
