I rebuilt my real life house inside Rust, room for room, and then invited my friends to come live in it.
This wasn’t a roleplay base, and it wasn’t a normal Rust build.
This was my actual IRL home, recreated inside Rust with the same layout, rooms, and living spaces… and somehow, it ended up feeling uncannily real.
From the moment everyone walked in, the reactions were priceless.
We had:
- A full modern family home layout
- Multiple bedrooms, living areas, and shared spaces
- People casually sitting on couches, walking through hallways, and genuinely forgetting they were in Rust
What started as a building experiment quickly turned into one of the strangest and most unique Rust experiences I’ve ever had.
Nothing like this has been done before in Rust, and it completely changed how we played the game.
