If somebody hacked into your computer and shared your last 50 videos that you've watched with others, how would you feel? Here's why I quit, and some things I found out that nobody told me, which I wish I had known sooner.
The progression. You're constantly seeking and searching for a higher degree of stimulation and dopamine. When you watch, that's what it's about. It's about a release of dopamine. It's powerful, and you can become addicted. We have extensive access to intent-based content. We become desensitized, and it's a dangerous consequence — what worked for you before no longer works for you. You keep searching and seeking the intense pleasure and dope dope-induced release that you felt when you first started, and it's dangerous.
The escalation. It's about what you used to do for yourself, and it's not doing it anymore. You start going down some of those different rabbit holes, and it's not like it's bad or weird or anything like that, but it isn't something comfortable.
The removal of apps. Even if you don't want to watch, some people don't tell you to stop accessing it, which can trigger you to open it up. It's not cheating, but when you look at the stuff, it takes away from the intensity and excitement of the person you're with.
The vicious cycle. You're constantly seeking that next intense high or excitement. Stop your social media consumption.
That next level of excitement. Stop feeling guilty, and the next level of intensity begins.
Sx is more enjoyable. Big Al is harder and has better releases. It's healthier
Gain more confidence by resisting the urge for self-pleasure and releasing. It's fantastic, and you'll feel better about yourself. When you abstain, you feel great about yourself.
Make more money and be more focused. Stop the self-destructive behavior, and help yourself emotionally.
Wouldn't you stop? It's incredible how clear and beautiful life, your relationships, and sx can be.
