Ever found the plans for a town that was never built and thought "Hey I wonder how it might have looked"? Well that's what i've done here. This is Bucklers Hard, today a small hamlet in Hampshire that was once famous for it's ship building in the 18th and early 19th century. Now it's just a row of houses, but it could have been so much bigger. This feature will feature Montagu town map and Bucklers hard as it could have looked
This is the start of a limit series I will bee creating to showcase my thought process behind developing how this town could have looked. All this is based on a map of the proposed town and a few details on how wide plots should be, and the roads.
So come with me on this journey as I design and build this town In Minecraft using real life inspiration from around the 1720-1790 time period.
You will learn how I go about planning my towns and builds and hopefully are inspired to try something like this yourself.
