Picked up a $150 “gaming PC” from Facebook Marketplace (listed $250 → $165 → negotiated to $150). I mainly wanted the CPU + motherboard for a server build—but the system had surprises: bent I/O shield tab, missing SATA power leads, daisy-chained fan extensions, and a strange no-display until a keyboard is plugged in issue. I clean everything, repaste, and update the BIOS to a stable 2022 version to get it dialed.
