I couldn’t get my Samsung Odyssey ultrawide to run at 240Hz… DisplayPort kept dropping my resolution and refresh rate.

So I tested a cheap $20 HDMI 2.1 fiber cable from Amazon — and it actually worked.

If your monitor isn’t hitting max refresh rate, this might be the fix.
