After turning 50, one of my biggest goals was to get into the best shape of my life—and I honestly feel like I've done it. Along with improving my diet, training consistently, and dialing in my lifestyle, I've also been paying close attention to my blood work.

One number I was especially excited about was my testosterone, which recently came back at 833—the highest it's ever been. And before anybody jumps to conclusions, I've never taken testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). What I do take is a carefully chosen lineup of vitamins, minerals, and supplements, and since you guys have been asking, I wanted to share what's in my supplement routine.

Let me be clear: I don't believe supplements are the reason I feel great or why my testosterone is high. They're just one piece of the puzzle. Your diet, sleep, exercise, stress management, and genetics will always have a much bigger impact than any pill or powder. That's also why I encourage you to do your own research. Supplements aren't regulated like prescription drugs, and not every product—or every brand—is created equal. Having owned a nutrition store, I learned long ago that quality matters far more than flashy marketing claims.

My daily stack includes a testosterone support formula, L-carnitine, creatine, Brain Elevate, L-arginine, vitamin C, omega-3 fish oil, probiotics, and a quality multivitamin. I also take glucosamine with MSM for joint health, liver support, berberine for cholesterol, prostate support, vitamin K2, vitamin D3, a super antioxidant, and a B-complex. Beyond supplements, I use psyllium husk every day for fiber and digestive health, along with protein powder to consistently hit my protein goals.

At the end of the day, I don't believe there's a magic supplement. I believe it's the combination of smart nutrition, consistent training, quality sleep, healthy habits, and strategically filling nutritional gaps. If there's one thing I hope you take away, it's this: don't copy my routine just because it works for me. Use it as inspiration to do your own research and find what works best for your body. My goal isn't to tell you what to take—it's simply to pull back the curtain on what's worked for me and encourage you to take ownership of your own health.
