Not really but it does look like it, though since I was messing with my VCR's head drum with the cover of those Kleenex tissue boxes and in return, this happened.
The tape's perfectly fine but the playback was like this until I recorded over this recording.
I played this tape using a Sanyo VWM-800 Hi-Fi stereo VCR standalone unit and NOT one of those TV/DVD/VCR combo units since those things would eat up VHS tapes as if it were taffy.
What am I doing with my life making videos like this?
However, this would be perfect stock footage for a person's project.
