This is my best Welding Cart with the bottle supported under the welding cart benchtop and an 8-inch Bench Grinder on top of it. I have tool holders for the main tools I use when doing metalworking and welding projects. I mostly work outside the shop, and having all my metal fabrication tools on one easy-to-move trolley will make my welding projects much easier to set up and pack up.
It features two torch holders, a handy place to clip the earth lead, cable hooks big enough to also hold my long extension lead, a place for accessories, and my 8-inch bench grinder with two parts trays and a grinder cooling water dish, on a reasonably small trolley.
I hope this video gives you some ideas on building your own custom welding cart.
If you find better ideas or even the same thing but done in a better way, please let me know in the comments; others will also read and we will all benefit from your suggestions or knowledge. One thing is for sure about metalworking projects: they can always be changed or improved.
