The announcement of Toy Story: Retro Roundup got me thinking about how many incredible Disney and Pixar games are basically trapped on old consoles. From Cars and The Incredibles to Monsters, Inc., Treasure Planet, Atlantis, and even the insanely rare Disney Sports GameCube titles — there are so many classics that deserve modern collections and proper preservation.
In this video, I created five complete fan-made Disney/Pixar game collections built around real games from the PS1, PS2, GameCube, Wii, Game Boy, and more. Some of these games are nostalgic childhood favorites, while others are hidden gems that most people completely forgot existed. I also go deep into the history behind these titles, why they disappeared, and why collections like these could actually happen after the announcement of Toy Story: Retro Roundup.
