After reading Breathe, I was inspired to try living like Rickson Gracie (minus the fighting because it would be too dangerous to my health...). I tried to embrace everything else and get some idea of what it's all about.

I also got to speak with David "Skinny" Herrera, a Black Belt under Leandro "Tatu" Escobar and a 3x Worlds Medalist and see where the Gracie fits today.
