Boeshield sent me a few of their products, but this isn’t really a standard review. I’ve used Boeshield T-9 for over 20 years to help keep my metal tool surfaces rust free, so instead of pretending I just discovered it, I wanted to show where it actually fits in my shop.

In this video, I clean up a badly rusted chisel I accidentally left outside (I really did), use Rust Free to remove the rust, protect the cleaned metal with T-9, and try Blade & Bit for the first time on pitch and buildup (blown away).

I also show why Rust Free is more of the “break glass” option, why light rust usually gets sandpaper first, and why I like applying T-9 before leaving the shop alone for a couple days.
