House of the Dragon is finally back... and while I enjoyed a lot about the Season 3 premiere, I can't ignore the fact that I have some concerns.
In this review, I break down everything that stood out to me in House of the Dragon Season 3 Episode 1, including the strongest moments, the character developments, the political drama, and the decisions that left me feeling a little uncertain about where the season is heading.
There was plenty to like in this premiere. The performances remain excellent, the world of Westeros is as compelling as ever, and there are some intriguing storylines being set up. At the same time, a few choices regarding pacing, character focus, and the overall direction of the story have me asking some questions.
