I WAS INVITED TO TEST A NEW TOUR IN SIEM REAP, CAMBODIA! 🇰🇭

When Fiona from Sojourner Bar and Garden asked if I fancied going out for the day to test a new tour idea, of course I said YES! 😂

The tour isn't available to book just yet, but I wanted to take you along and show you what we got up to because this was a completely different side of Cambodia from the usual tourist experience.

I was collected with a small group and we headed out from Siem Reap, travelling through the Cambodian countryside and away from the busy tourist areas.

One of our stops was at Preah Dak Village, where we stopped to try the traditional Cambodian palm cakes before continuing further into the countryside.

We then headed to a beautiful rural spot surrounded by rice fields, with a raised platform overlooking the countryside and an area where we could sit, relax and enjoy a BBQ.

It was one of those days that reminded me why I love exploring Cambodia. Sometimes the best experiences aren't the big tourist attractions, but the places you discover when you get off the beaten track and see a completely different side of local life.

This tour is still being tested and isn't available to book yet. As soon as it is available, I'll put all the details here in the description.
