I injured my lower back with one loud crack and could barely walk. In this video I share what happened, my physiotherapy appointment in Siem Reap, Cambodia, my diagnosis, and my recovery after a sudden back injury.

A simple household task turned into one of the most painful experiences I've ever had. One loud crack in my lower back stopped me in my tracks, and I honestly wasn't sure how serious the injury was.
