Hey Y'all! ✨ In this video I compare my Okra Water experience with two of my births. In the second pregnancy I used Okra very consistently and in the third birth I was not very consistent. I believe that okra helped me deliver fast, easy and effortlessly and through both experiences I would implement okra water again.
