This VCR had a bad brake that caused the VCR to spill tape in the VCR when you stop the VCR while it's rewinding. I fixed the brake with hot glue. While I was doing that, a plastic piece on the loading motor's shaft moved and caused the mechanism to block. It took me a while to figure out where it was blocking, but I fixed it.
