LEGO Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight is one of my favorite video games of the year.
In fact, if you've watched this channel for any amount of time, you already know how much I love this game. I've praised its story, gameplay, character designs, attention to Batman lore, incredible Batcave, amazing costumes, and the obvious passion that went into creating what many fans consider one of the greatest LEGO Batman experiences ever made.
But no game is perfect.
So today, we're doing something a little different.
Instead of talking about everything LEGO Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight gets right, we're counting down 10 things that annoyed, disappointed, frustrated, or simply left me wishing for more while playing through the game.
From the Robin vs Nightwing gameplay overlap and open-world character restrictions to vehicle limitations, grapple gun frustrations, missing Batmobiles, unexplorable Wayne Manor, Batcave complaints, missing costumes, and the surprising lack of additional boss fights, we're taking an honest look at some of the biggest missed opportunities in an otherwise fantastic Batman adventure.
We'll also discuss:

🦇 Vehicle restrictions that make no sense in free roam

I still believe LEGO Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight is an incredible Batman game and one of the most enjoyable superhero games I've played in years. However, I think it's important to be honest about both the strengths and weaknesses of the games we love, and that's exactly what we're doing today.
